Credit Card details are collected via a secure connection for your protection. We use Westpac bank who hold your credit card details on their database until your order is processed. All Credit Card information is encrypted for your protection and peace of mind.

We will collect certain personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details when you use our website for purchasing. Credit Card information is only held until your order is confirmed; the rest of your information is maintained in our customer database. Any information that you enter on our website will not be forwarded to any third party.


CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

In order to purchase any goods from our shop, you must first register as a customer so that we have the necessary information to process and deliver your order. We then retain that information on our database so that we may recognise you when you return to our shop in future, saving you the trouble of filling out your details every time you visit. Note that you do not have to register or log on until you go to the checkout; you may browse the shop, and place items in your shopping cart without having to give us any personal details.



PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and include Goods and Services Tax at 12.5%. All prices quoted in are in the New Zealand dollar and only New Zealand purchaser my use the site.  All sales are final, and all goods will be billed in New Zealand dollars. It is fraudulent to use a credit card for a transaction without the expressed permission of the
credit card owner.

All deliveries must be made to a street address.

WARRANTY:

LENGTH OF COVER

The term of any warranty will be in the products specifications and will be actionable from the date of purchase.


WARRANTY COVERS

Any failure or fault occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Factory warranties will also apply if any and will be indicated in the product specifications.


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS RETURN

Normal wear and tear, periodic maintenance repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. Batteries are not covered but their condition will be precisely indicated in the product specifications. Defects or damage that result from improper operations, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions or other acts which are not the fault of 735pm, are excluded from coverage.


RETURNS/EXCHANGE

735pm.com is always looking to bring you the best products from the best companies at unbelievable prices and in order for us to accomplish this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers, because of this, we do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act or where 735pm.com has given approval for return.

Also product deals we have are usually for an item that is one size per special. We do our best to describe the sizing of the product deal that is available that day. Look at the terms and conditions on each product for return information.  Returns that are approved by 735pm.com, are to be returned at the customer's cost to the following address:
