Q: What if the product has not arrived within two weeks or has arrived in a damaged state?

A: Please contact us by day 12 if you have not received your order so that we may investigate the reason for any delay.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we do not transfer your funds on to the supplying company until your product has arrived safely.  We do not anticipate any complications with your order delivery, but if this circumstance occurs, please email us directly and we will notify you on how to proceed.  The process for returning or replacing damaged goods will be unique to each one of our products, but we can assure you that we will work with you and our supplying companies to come to an expedient solution.
